This singular work on paper is one of 20 chosen works from my original daily paintings made before using internet (sometimes unsuccessfully) from the overall series completed from May 2025 to May 2026. I have chosen all of the ones I made in March 2026, which was 13/31 days, plus my remaining singular July 2025 ones for this initial release.
This series focuses on an intimate, archeological record of time and a daily ritual of mark. This particular group of works from March 2026 was created during a transitional season for myself being in my first trimester (hence the numerous missing days), a pending physical home move, and a strict palette limitation of only 4 colors: titanium white, cadmium yellow, phthalo blue, and yellow ochre.
Each painting serves as a reminder to pause before starting one’s day and typically moving into a digital world. They also many times collided with the responsibilities of motherhood am duties. I hope they can act as a reminder to simplify if even for a moment.
Dimensions: 12 x 9 inches
Medium: Acrylic on 98 lb mixed media paper
Details: Signed, dated, and titled on reverse in pencil or archival pen
Unframed (Packaged in an archival clear bag with a Certificate of Authenticity with a statement on the series in a protective sleeve) Shipped flat.
(see Minimalist Frame as an item under Collect if you would like to add on a framing option coordinated by the studio or a Local Frame Shop Consultation).
